Can't say enough great things about David! He did such a great job finding us a condo quickly and within the tight parameters we gave him. When the seller was unable to complete electric work per our agreement, David secured a credit for us and arranged for all the electric work himself (finding the electrician and meeting with him at the condo prior to move in, etc), all without hassle to us. He is a very nice person, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable about the market. It seemed important to him that we were happy with our purchase. Overall, he made the process so easy and seamless and was an absolute pleasure to work with! We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to anyone!
